Advantech, a supplier of embedded platform solutions across multiple vertical markets, has announced its new product line of 80 Plus Bronze Power Supplies; the new 300W~700W power supplies feature energy efficiency and power savings and complying with ErP Policy are able to offer up to 85% energy transition efficiency.
Advantech has also designed an S5 sleep mode schema for motherboards; the standby power consumes less than 1W, reducing power consumption by 50%, which works well with the power supply to complete a power efficient system.
The intelligent 80 Plus Bronze Power Supplies have been developed to fulfill market demand for energy savings and carbon-footprint reducing products. This contributes to environmental protection as well as providing a very cost-effective product option and when in use these power supplies are able to stabilize electric current and optimise power efficiency, which helps to increase system life.
Under strict validation, the system equipped with 80 Plus Power Supplies operate in a wide range of temperatures (0 ~ 40° C), support both ATX & AT modes, are compatible with Advantech’s boards and chassis, supporting a full range of rackmount and wallmount industrial system, and carrying UL, CB, CCC, TUV, and RoHS certification. The product line embraces Bronze PS/2 300, 400, 500, and 700W, and a 2-year warranty is provided.
