Avnet Abacus now offering interconnect solutions from Amphenol Sine Systems

Avnet Abacus, one of Europe”s leading interconnect, passive, electro-mechanical and power distributors, has strengthened its high-profile linecard of interconnect companies by signing a new distribution agreement with Amphenol Sine Systems, a division of Amphenol Corporation, one of the largest interconnect solution suppliers in the world.

Avnet Abacus believes there is an excellent opportunity to introduce Amphenol Sine Systems” products to European design engineers, including some of the company”s latest focus products including the RT360 industrial circular connectors, AT, ATP and AHD series connectors and M23 as well as M40 circular DIN connectors and cables.

RT360 industrial circular connectors are multiway connectors available in 6 shell sizes and 22 insert arrangements with a variety of wire gauge options. The devices are designed to be intermateable with other industry standard connectors. AT, ATP and AHD series connectors are designed as a high-performance, cost-effective solution within the heavy equipment, agricultural, automotive, military, alternative energy and other demanding interconnect architectures. Both series of connectors are compatible with other existing standard products industry-wide. M23 and M40 circular DIN connectors and cables are a competitive alternative for advanced servo drive encoder feedback applications in a robust and compact system. The components feature Amphenol Sine Systems” FlexGrip backshell system and RockSolid contacts.
