RS Components (RS) has boosted its battery portfolio by adding high-performing and environmentally safe Lead Crystal batteries from new supplier partner Betta Batteries. Beginning with 12V units from 7.2Ah to 55Ah capacity, RS will market the Betta Batteries range worldwide, and will add further new products in the future.

Farnell element14 has partnered with BitScope Designs to manufacture and distribute BitScope Micro, a full feature dual channel digital oscilloscope for Raspberry Pi. The BitScope Micro is also an eight channel logic analyser, waveform generator, clock generator and spectrum analyser that is packaged in a low cost lightweight water resistant test probe.
