Mean Well have designed the EPP-150 series a 150 watt 4” by 2” open frame power supply with no low power consumption, this extends the current range of the EPS-25, EPS-35, EPS-45, EPS-65 and EPP-300 series.
Mean Well can now provide a complete solution for any design engineer who requires 25 watt to 300 watt open frame power supply for any application with space constraints.
Designed with up-to-date high performance frequency switch design, the EPP-150 series have up to 93% high efficiency and can be cooled by free air convection from -30? to +50? ambient temperature achieving 100 watt output. Incorporating a 20CFM DC fan externally will give you 150 watts output and the EPP-150 series can also operate up to +70? with derating.
Other standard functions of the Mean Well EPP-150 series include a 12 volt 0.3A auxiliary output, protections of short circuit, overload, over voltage, and over temperature. With a 3 year warranty and very low no-load power consumption (<0. 5W), designers and manufactures can easily meet the requirements of ErP norm (Energy-related Products) and Energy Star for end systems and applications.
The ERP-150 series comply with certificates per UL/CUL/TUV/CB/CE and suitable applications include electrical or mechanical equipment, factory automation, and all usage that requires low “no load power consumption”.
