The judging process
All nominations meeting the necessary criteria will move to the decision-making stage, with winners determined via a two-part process:
- In the Product and Individual categories, public votes will account for 50 per cent of the final decision, combined with the scores of an independent panel of expert judges.
- In the Business categories, the online industry vote alone will decide the winners.
